Assassin'southward Creed: The Fall is an American comic book three-result mini-serial published past WildStorm from November 2010 to January 2011. Set in the Assassinator's Creed universe, information technology tells the story of Nikolai Orelov, a member of the Russian Brotherhood of Assassins, who fights Templar influence in Russia in the late 1880s and early on 20th-century. The miniseries also features a framing story, set in 1998, which follows Nikolai'south descendant Daniel Cross as he explores his ancestor'due south genetic memories while trying to acquire more about his ain past and the history of the Assassins.[i]

Written and created by Cameron Stewart and Karl Kerschl, the new comic book serial was initially going to be an expansion of the travels of Ezio Auditore da Firenze, only was moved to an entirely new setting to provide greater liberty to the writers. Plot synopsis [edit]

The outset consequence of the comic was released on November x, 2010, a few days before the retail debut of Assassinator'southward Creed: Alliance.[2] Its story follows Nikolai equally he battles the Templars over a powerful artifact and it culminates with a final battle with Tsar Alexander 3 aboard a speeding train, resulting in the Borki train disaster.[3] The second consequence, released on December 1, continues every bit Nikolai prepares an assault on a Templar research station in Siberia. His mission eventually leads to the Tunguska event. Both The Fall and The Chain were collected in Assassinator's Creed: Subject Four, a 208-page merchandise paperback that was include in Assassin'south Creed three: The Ubiworkshop Edition, along with Assassinator'south Creed: Encyclopedia.[six]
